Good morning, I am a regular customer in this store in Cormontreuil in the 51. Saturday morning, I bought big chicken legs there, to be eaten before August 29th. Today is August 28, and the chicken is a real stench. I went to bring them back to the store, they refused to exchange them because I no longer had my receipts! as much as I keep my tickets on everything that is furniture, I do not keep those for food, the dates of consumption noted on the box are there to guide customers for consumption. I left the box with them, it stank so badly. It's shameful, selling food with bad dates... I had the case at Grand Frey once, because it can happen, they exchanged the product for me when I did not have the ticket and in addition to compensate they gave me a surplus. That's commercial and it avoids bad comments on Google. So if Aldi sees this message and does the necessary with Aldi Cormontreuil 51350 so that I can go get some chicken (it was a big box of 8 legs and thighs), then I could modify my comment. Frankly their attitude at the moment is shameful.
